Children Under the Age of 13

3.1 The users of our Services are either our Delivery Partners or those who use the Services to arrange a delivery from one of our Delivery Partners. We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including information:

- that is about your transaction information and history, such as payment method and distance travelled;

The use of this data is also bounded by the user agreements and privacy policy of Google Analytics.

Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. Web Beacons.Pages of our the Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

9.1 We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Tracking Technologies and Advertising.You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. 9.2 We do not control third-parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third-parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

10.1 You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Services and visiting your account profile page.

10.2 If you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Services.

10.3 Personal information collected from you will not be kept longer than necessary for the carrying out of the purposes stated in this policy, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws. We may retain your personal information for a longer period if it is necessary for us to do so to comply with our contractual or legal obligations, or you have consented to our continued retention of it. At the end of the retention period, we will ensure that your personal information, all app-related data and account-related information will be deleted.

Data Security

11.1 We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

11.2 The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

11.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet or through mobile applications is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Services. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

15.5.4 Right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising

You may request to opt-out of our sale of your personal information and sharing of their personal information for cross context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We may share your personal information with third parties (such as marketing and advertising networks and social platforms) for behavioral advertising or disclose your personal information to other third-party partners in accordance with your privacy settings and/or consent. These types of disclosures of your personal information may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under applicable privacy laws.

15.5.5 Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to the registered email associated with that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

15.6 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

Deny your use of services.
Charge you different prices or rates for services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
Provide you a different level or quality of services.
Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for services or a different level or quality of services.
